As a result, I have always had a passion for the game as well as its role in community development. In my high school years this passion was ignited as my home community decided to expand their facility and add nine holes. I took an interest in gaining knowledge on the process and figuring out how the golf course would be laid out in coordination with new housing lots and supporting infrastructure. I would go out and walk the construction site, talk with the contractors and gain insight as to how it would all come together. Through this process I knew that I had come across something that I really enjoyed and could grasp in terms of concept and detail. This passion and interest soon grew into a desire to learn more and I aggressively pursued a formal educational background and a position in the industry.

Throughout my professional path of becoming a world class designer, I have had the privilege of working with other great names in the design industry. I have prided myself in creating opportunities to work near the best in the business and to learn from them by gaining an understanding of exactly how to provide the best solutions for every project. I have also been associated with some of the best contractors in the industry and have built golf facilities in all different regions of the United States. This practical field experience has tremendously helped me improve my design standards and refine my style.

As a result of the hard work I put into learning about all aspects of the golf business, I currently offer my design and development services to a global market. I have successfully developed professional relationships and project opportunities in Canada, Central America, China, Mexico, Russia, Spain, The Netherlands, Tunisia, Turkey, Vietnam, and The Virgin Islands as well as maintaining many opportunities in the United States.

Along with providing design services, I have become a noted writer and speaker on subjects pertaining to golf course development and design. Having specialized in this industry for my entire career, I am able to provide an honest and open insight into development details that is educational, informative and appreciated by many of the top developers in the United States and abroad.
